Admin/Assistant; Product Marketing and Customer Experience

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‐oriented entry‐level team member to contribute immediately to our Product Marketing and Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will be a problem‐solver and have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a global team. The ideal candidate will also have strong writing and organizational skills, as well as analytical capabilities. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is highly desired. Our team is in charge of over 85% of CIBT’s client‐facing communications and the databases that store the information. CIBT’s first contact with clients and potential clients is through its websites. It is therefore essential to provide a flawless customer experience at all times through accurate, easily understandable, and concise content.
