Curriculum Developer

Overview

The Curriculum Developer is responsible for developing and implementing global training programs that align with organizational objectives and priorities. With a forward focus, the Curriculum Develop will develop curriculum, create content and build course support materials; oversee the coordination of design, delivery and deployment, ensuring a consistent delivery of training programs across our global footprint.

Within the first 6 months the incumbent will drive the transformation of training delivery:
o Partners with HR in implementing an on-line new hire/on-boarding program
o Partners with E-Learning Specialist in evaluating learning and content software
o Develops project plan for auditing and rebranding of training; vets templates to ensure consistent branding
