Overview

Our highly qualified specialists act as advisors, ensuring a seamless and service focused approach to matching our products and services to meet the client’s needs.

Our specialists are the face of CIBT to our clients, acting as ambassadors of the brand and delivering service excellence. They have the ability to engage the client and demonstrate CIBT's customer commitment.  This position is responsible for owning the entire experience, guiding the client through the process, engaging them, and delivering accurate and timely products that meet their needs.
