Regional Client Services Director
The Regional Client Services Director role exists to ensure that Newland Chase’s European based global clients have a full understanding of the services Newland Chase is able to offer and, conversely, that Newland Chase is fully aware of all the services the clients require or may request, including understanding requests for new service lines and opportunities.
The Regional Client Services Director is responsible for a team of Global Client Services Managers and reports into the Director of Client Services, who will set global strategy, targets and goals for the team.
Under the supervision of the Regional Client Services Director, the team members will ensure that Newland Chase clients are listened to and supported, and also that they are fully aware of all that Newland Chase has to offer. The Client Service Managers will support the operational team at client review meetings, working to prepare presentations and statistics and, together with the cleint and with the Newland Chase operational teams, to creatively address problems and challenges and come up with ideas and solutions.
Additionally, the team will ensure that Newland Chase’s internal employees understand our clients’ culture and expectations, , will ensure that new client implementations are carried out effectively in partnership with MDs and business development colleagues, and will provide a clear escalation process for clients as necessary.
The Regional Client Services Director must have excellent planning, analytical, project management and organizational skills, polished client facing skills, postitive attitude, outstanding communication skills, plus must be able to represent the company through client presentations and attending industry conferences. The Regional Client Services Director will support the Client Services Director in all global initiatives and greater team goals.
