Training Officer

Overview

The role will be responsible for the design and delivery of all elements of induction training including FCPA and Compliance training to all new employees. The role is also responsible for the delivery of the Service Excellence Training Programme. The purpose of the role is to ensure that employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to effectively perform their roles and so contribute effectively to the achievement of CIBT’s mission and vision.
