Despatch Agent

Overview

The Despatch agent primary role is to support the Despatch Team Leader. The Despatch consultant must also assist clients on despatch challenges, creating and implementing solutions to overcome these challenges and working with the client and colleagues to meet realistic expectations, resolving any issues that arise and liaise with teammates to ensure a successful outcome is reached.
