Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

This role is primarily responsible for the construction and maintenance of a pipeline talent as well as managing end-to-end recruitment.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the hiring manager by scheduling role briefings, filtering applications, helping to source and screen candidates managing the end-to-end recruitment process as well as offering new innovative ideas on how CIBT can assess and measure talent. This role must build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure transformational talent is sourced and delivered to the correct teams.
