Quality Control Specialist

Overview

To ship and coordinate all mail from any CIBT Office, this includes Embassy work, FDX/UPS, International deliveries, USPS. The Quality Control specialist is primarily responsible for checking the visas and passports once they are completed and shipping them home. This person will need to contact clients if there has been a declined payment or to confirm shipping instructions. The liaison must communicate well with the consulate and CIBT team members to ensure accuracy. The specialist must pay strong attention to detail, remain focused, and be able to deal with the pressure of completing this task by the time deadline.
