Our Service Support Specialists are responsible for providing best-in-class administrative support to our in-house Customer Services Team as well as direct service to our customers through tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs. Our Service Support Specialists are the face of CIBT to our customers, acting as brand ambassadors by delivering service excellence.
