CIBT is seeking an HR Director for Europe to oversee HR daily operations and lead talent acquisition efforts within their defined region. This is a hands-on role that supports over 500 employees across Western and Central Europe (NL, BE, FR, ES, DE, CH, AT) from our office in The Hauge. The HR Director will work closely with Managing Directors and the VP of Global HR to brand the organization as an employer of choice and create a positive candidate experience. The individual will drive the transformation and evolution of our HR support structure with a specific focus on elevating our recruitment practices to meet the needs of the growing and evolving business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of all HR functions with a concentration in recruitment.
