Quality Control Specialist

The Quality & Compliance Specialist position is an integral part of the team that has responsibility for overall Concierge Service performance and regular audits of day-to-day work including the entire end-to-end process. The position will oversee the concierge team who will assure process compliance, attention to quality, customer experience focus and compliance to the Standards of Work. The Quality and Compliance Specialist will oversee a team who will strive to improve quality, efficiencies and standardization with the policies and procedures set in place.
