Office Assistant

Overview

The Office Assistant is the first contact point for clients and visitors coming into the office and must possess a high level of customer service skill. The office assistant should command a professional, friendly, polite tone and manner to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main Reception administration task is to carefully manage multiple packages and postal applications coming in and going out, by sorting and ensuring that these are accurately documented and distributed. The office assistant may also be required to assist with other various office administration tasks and provide assistance when client queries arise.
