Concierge Initiator

Overview

Our Concierge Initiator will provide a superior class of service for our traveling clients. This will include consultation and the assignment of concierge order to Concierge agents. This position is responsible for ensuring consistent client satisfaction through service excellence to our concierge clients. Our Concierge Initiator are the first experience customers who opted for Concierge service will have; they are the bridge between initial orders and Concierge agents in all processing offices.
