Customer Contact Supervisor
The Team Supervisor will work with the Team Leader on operational and performance activities within the CIBT Customer Contact Centre. This is a high quality customer service orientated role that drives the customer satisfaction of the CIBT Experience. The Team Supervisor is expected to assist in some staffing issues, ensuring proper scheduling of sufficient staffing to achieve operational performance metrics and deal with first level escalations.
The operating hours within the team will require the team leader to be flexible in their personal shift to experience both opening and closing procedures.
Within the Customer Contact Team will sit the following roles and tasks: Priority Line Calls, Business Line Calls, Tourism Line Calls, Pre Check, Information Mailbox oversight, Non-Russian Invitation letter procurement Apple Russian Invitation Letter procurement, Electronic Visas, Virgin Crew Appointments and Admin tasks including Stationary Orders.
