Customer Service Support

Overview

This job requires dedication to our customers and success necessitates a passion for delivery of extraordinary service to our clients, tailoring of our products and services to the needs of the traveler, and serving as an ambassador to the CIBT brand. This position offers additional support to agents/managers, greet walk-ins and assist with these customers and handle other administrative tasks in the operations office such as ETAs and legalizations.
