Global Resources Manager
Overview
The Global Resources Manager works with the Global Resources Director to maintain, improve and deliver resources necessary to the global immigration teams for their success, specifically, in the areas of immigration specific training and in the management of the partner network.
The Global Resources Manager will oversee the development and administration of training programs for employees. He/she works with Immigration Directors and managers across the business to assess training and development needs and to help individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge. He/she also facilitates the creation of global and locally specific training content, presents or co-ordinates training sessions and monitors training for effectiveness.
The Global Resources Manager will also work with the partner team on qualification and management of network partners, guiding and supporting the team to maintain clear and consistent communication with network partners around service scope, contracts and rates. She/he will proactively engage our teams and partners in identifying potential issues, resolutions and opportunities. She/he will help to ensure that compliance procedures are followed by contracted partners and service level agreements are met.
When working with CIBT/NC teams and the network of partners, the Global Resources Manager will identify opportunities for improving systems and global consistency, and will develop proposals for solutions. The Manager, Global Resources may be required to present recommendations in a formal setting. The Global Resources Manager will work collaboratively across all teams in the CIBT/NC network and work cross-functionally, up and down the organisation, to influence change.
