Overview
The HRIS Administrator role offers an opportunity to join a global HR team, taking on ownership and acting as subject matter expert of our Global system, UltiPro. The role is responsible for leveraging the system functionality, ensuring best practice business process/workflows, system dependencies, end user experience, reporting and analytics. The role will work closely with our Financial Planning and Analysis team, focusing on data analysis and compilation, and is accountable for the development and distribution of critical reports/dashboards to the organization.
This role will act as the system administrator for our Global HR system, UltiPro, ensuring system optimization, security and configuration, analytics and reporting. During the first six months, the HRIS Administrator will be responsible for the preparation, planning and launch of modules, including project coordination, communication, training, testing and implementation of the system. Upon completion of optimization, the HRIS Administrator will evaluate system configuration and utilization, identifying opportunities to leverage functionality to ensure the system will support organizational growth.
