Operations Director

Overview

Our operation spans more than 60 offices across 22 countries. Our leaders inspire a commitment to excellence with each client engagement.

The Operations Director is ultimately responsible driving the customer experience at CIBT by developing and managing our most important resource, our people. This position is a key partner ensuring the CIBT commitment to our clients is exceeded with each client engagement. Applicants for this position will be customer service focused, eager to learn, focused, driven and prepared for a long-term career with CIBT.
