The Operations Director is ultimately responsible for all operational and performance activities within the US Operations office and any on sites for which they have oversight. This is a high quality customer service oriented role that drives the customer satisfaction of the CIBT experience. The Operations Director is ultimately responsible for staffing issues including ensuring proper scheduling of sufficient staffing to achieve operational performance metrics. The Operations Director is responsible for the identification and development of future leaders with CIBT. The Operations Director is expected to recognize and plan for changes in operational and client service needs.
The Operations Director will develop, foster and maintain a customer-centric culture at CIBT and will work to build a sense of pride and strong morale within the team. The Operations Director will ensure that the team is optimized and will work with peer managers and directors to utilize the team effectively across the entire office.
The Operations Director will be responsible for managing the team within CIBT’s Human Resource policies including preparing and delivering formal performance reviews, documenting violations to CIBT attendance or code of conduct policies.
