Operations Support Consultant

Overview

Our highly skilled and motivated Specialists act as consultants, tailoring our products and services to the needs of the traveller to ensure their travel experience exceeds all their needs and expectations. Our Specialists will be the face of CIBT to our customers, acting as ambassadors of the brand by delivering service excellence. They have the ability to excite our customers and deliver on the CIBT commitment.

In addition the position of an Operations Support Consultant is to help provide a superior class of service to CIBT internal and external customers. Some of the main responsibilities include management of the incoming packages through the CIBT reception, recording all packages onto a database and then sorting and distribution to the relevant departments within the operation. The Operations Support Consultant will have a solid all round knowledge of the responsibilities of each department. This role will require assistance to reception to cover absence and the distribution of all embassy rejections and 2nd embassy applications to the relevant consultants.
