Project Manager, Immigration Systems & Integration
Overview
The Project Manager works with the Immigration Systems & Integration team to ensure all systems used to support the business are thoughtfully implemented and functional, and ensure all staff are fully trained and supported in use of the systems.
The Project Manager will assume responsibility for elements of system project delivery including system, operational, and financial implementation. They will drive the discovery process to identify gaps and local geography requirements, ensuring that all development requests are well thought out and justified. They will work with software developers to develop testing, evaluation and implementation schedules.
The Project Manager nurtures an organised, deadline-driven and diplomatic approach to project fulfilment; ensuring solid communication channels and frequent tracking of progress relative to milestones. Where possible, the Project Manager will collect information to set benchmarks and drive project objectives and ensure that these objectives are understood by all involved in the delivery.
When working with CIBT/NC teams globally, the Project Manager will identify opportunities for improving systems, improving use of systems, and improving global consistency, and will develop proposals for solutions. The Project Manager may be required to present recommendations in a formal setting. The Project Manager will work collaboratively across all teams in the CIBT/NC network and work cross-functionally, up and down the organisation, to influence change.
