Specialist, Product Marketing and Customer Experience

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‐oriented entry‐level team member to contribute immediately to our
Product Marketing and Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have proficient writing skills in
both English and one of the following languages: Italian or Portuguese (strongly preferred), or Danish, Finnish,
Norwegian, or Swedish. They will be well‐organized, detail‐oriented and a quick thinker and problem
solver. They will support their teammates, take ownership of assigned tasks and projects and constantly seek
improvement of the online customer experience by working meticulously and thinking critically.

Our team is in charge of over 85% of CIBT’s client‐facing communications and the databases that animate
them. CIBT’s first contact with clients and potential clients is through its websites, it is therefore essential to
provide a flawless customer experience at all times through accurate, coherent, and accessible content.
